At the Calgary Sexual Health Centre, individual donors play a very important role. In fact, this is critical funding for the organization as it is the most flexible. This funding gives us the capacity to respond directly and immediately to community need that we know exists from our work with clients.

As a client serving organization, we identify community needs first and we work to ensure we can provide programming that meets these needs. We find that often, these home-grown initiatives later come to inform programming funded through larger organizations like the United Way and FCSS.
